[announce] OTRS 2.2.0 beta3 (Ipanema) Released!

We are proud to announce OTRS 2.2.0 beta3 (Ipanema) today.
This is a bugfix release of OTRS 2.2. For a complete list see below.

Changes:

* Bug #1788 - On Windows, the caching XML data did not work.

* Bug #1035 - When using UTF-8 encoding, OTRS did not set UTF-8 for the
  MYSQL database connection.

  SET NAMES utf8 for correct UTF-8 handling.

* Bug #1670 - When a statistic created no results (ie because the selection
  didn't return any data) an error was thrown. Now this exception is handled
  by creating a no results message.

* Bug #1769, #1768 - Changing the ticket SLA or service were not reflected
  in the history.

  directory for user authentication was not possible.
