+ governmental CERT which is a part of Bundesamt f??r Sicherheit in der
+ Informationstechnik (BSI).

+ As a sub project of OTRS.org SIRIOS meets the specific needs of CERTs
+ and security teams. Therefor the application framework provides several
+ modules with a main focus on incident management and vulnerability handling.

+ The core system of SIRIOS is based on OTRS, the leading open-source
+ trouble ticket system. OTRS is a modular application framework which
+ supports all kinds of service delivery and communication processes
+ towards external and internal customers.
