[dev] Question about small patches

Hi,

I need to develop some small features for my company :

- add ticket "ZoomExpand" on/off value in agent preferences
- add a link in the AgentTicketZoom page to dynamicaly
expand/"unexpand" the zoom (the same way a client can show/hide the
closed tickets in its overview page)

My question is whether this modifications could be included in the
official version of OTRS ?
