I think this is not right any more. Many projects create support lines to
get their money for further development. And if anybody made such a line,
than it should be opened for anybody.

I searched on any mailing list which is related with otrs and did not found
any solution. Perhaps I'm not able to search or read ;-)

If you are a genius, than you have my full respect. I program in 5 languages
and this is enough for me at the moment, so I don't want to learn perl at
the moment as well as I need to correct this problem for myself ;-)

Because of knowing the source of the problem, I also knew the solution and I
downgraded it already.

I only made a statement, so that other people with the same problem know
what to do.

I don't think, this was a userlist problem ....
.... And searching the user list show me some equal problems not solved ....
