Hi all, can someone tell me which function should I use for "bouncing" incoming mail to external-archive mailing list - before "bouncing" mail, I'd like to get mails tagged with OTRS ticket#. If I use bounce function mail gets to archive mailing list, but Subject doesn't have OTRS ticket number in it. All hints are welcome! Best regards, Alex
