[dev] Bugzilla Error, SQL Error

Hello,

I've tried to register at to otrs bugzilla for the last days but
received no mail (registration) response from there so far, so I
report my problem here:

With OTRS 2.2.1, ITSM 1.0.1 on Debian Etch i get the following problem
when using LDAP for Customer Information and Agent authentication:

Additionally, but this may be unrelated, i don't get any additional
Customer Information displayed.
