Scott's patch does exactly what mine does, plus his adds the feature  
in AgentTicketEmail as well.

His patch does apply against 2.2 beta2 (few Hunks but it seems to work).

Also I see Scott added some cleanup ("Remove leading whitespaces from  
generated addresses"), mine didn't.

Next time I'll dig into bugs.o.o first :)
