[dev] MAPI support in OTRS

Hi to all,

I was wondering if there is anything new in OTRS concerning MAPI support or a workaround by means of a third-party module at least?

Due to internal restrictions, we are only able to use MAPI.

As we would like to use OTRS, this is a real problem.
