[dev] .sopm Improvement - ModuleRequired

Hi,

JFI, the current CVS head includes an improvement of the .sopm parameters.

ModuleRequired
==============

To define Perl modules which must be installed before you can install
the .opm file. It's a optional paramerter.

Example:
--------
<ModuleRequired Version="1.03">Encode</ModuleRequired>
<ModuleRequired Version="5.32">MIME::Tools</ModuleRequired>
