Using SSL with POP3 is not possible with the standard PostMasterPOP3 
module of otrs because the Net::POP3 cpan module which is used to fetch 
the message does not support SSL.

If your OTRS is installed on a linux box you could use fetchmail to 
retrvie the mails. See our admin manual on

    http://doc.otrs.org

for more details how to use fetchmail.
