[otrs-i18n] Updated Dutch (nl) language file

Hi,

We use OTRS in Dutch language and had some problems with some 
translations. We fixed typo's, updated wierd translations and synced 
with latest de.pm from OTRS 2.0.3

I don't know what the official way of submitting translation fixes is, 
but the new file is attached. If someone can tell me how to get this in 
CVS, I would be glad to do it the official way :)
