[otrs-i18n] Update for pt_BR

[SOPRO]

Hi all,

 In attach, follow the pt_BR translation.
 I worked on pt_BR.pm file from version 2.1.4.
 Since pt_BR.pm had only few fixes from version 2.1.4, I fixed them
and this file can be used on last version (2.1.6).
