[itsm-announce] OTRS::ITSM 1.1.2 (Whitehaven Beach) is released!

We are proud to announce that the stable release of 
OTRS::ITSM 1.1.2 (Whitehaven Beach) has been released today. 
This is a patch level release of stable OTRS::ITSM 1.1., and 
contains some bug fixes and enhancements. For a complete list
see below.

OTRS::ITSM is the first ITIL compliant IT service management
solution on open-source basis. It is built on the solid 
fundament of 55,000 OTRS productive installations in 24 languages.

OTRS::ITSM 1.1.2 requires the installation of the Open 
Ticket Request System OTRS version 2.2.7. All functionalities
known from OTRS continue to be available and the functionalities
representing ITIL processes can be installed as additional packages.

Minor Bugfixes:
===============

* Bug #2929 - Printing a ticket in the customer interface did 
              not work, due to a permission problem.

* Bug #2919 - Installing OTRS::ITSM via the command line did 
              not work, because the GroupObject was missing in
              CodeInstall sections of the OPM file.

The previous installation guide regarding OTRS::ITSM 1.0 (the
stable release) was renamend and can now be found under:
