We are proud to announce OTRS::ITSM 1.2.0 beta3(Whitehaven Beach)
today. This is a beta release of OTRS::ITSM 1.2. which is not
recommended to use for productive operation. Beta releases are 
published for test purposes only.

OTRS::ITSM is the first ITIL compliant IT service management
solution on open-source basis. It is built on the solid 
fundament of 55,000 OTRS productive installations in 26 languages.

OTRS::ITSM 1.2.0 beta3 requires the installation of the brand new
OTRS version 2.3. All functionalities known from OTRS continue 
to be available with OTRS::ITSM 1.2.0 beta3.

Fixed bugs:
============

* Bug #3060 - Upgrade from OTRS::ITSM 1.0/1.1 to OTRS::ITSM 1.2 
              could not be processed automatically.

* Bug #3123 - The package manager did not display the installation 
              introductions when the ITSM packages were installed.

* Bug #3126 - Statistics were not uninstalled using the package 
              deinstallation. When a package that included statistics 
              was uninstalled, the statistics were still visible 
              in the overviews list.

Known Issues:
============

* Bug #3061 - The SLA zoom mask does not show the allocated 
              services.
