[itsm-announce] Release Note OTRS::ITSM 1.1.3 (Whitehaven Beach)

We are proud to announce that the stable release of OTRS::ITSM
1.1.3 (Whitehaven Beach) has been released today.

OTRS::ITSM is the first ITIL compliant IT service management
solution on open-source basis. It is built on the solid 
fundament of 55,000 OTRS productive installations in 26 languages.

OTRS::ITSM 1.1.3 requires the installation of OTRS 2.2.8 which
which will be released simultaneously. All functionalities known
from OTRS continue to be available and the functionalities
representing ITIL processes can be installed as additional
packages.

Enhancements:
===============

*  Updated cpan module TEXT::CSV to version 1.06 for a better
   compatibility.

Minor Bugfixes:
===============

* Bug #2951 - Adding a note to a ticket cleared the impact value.

* Bug #3124 - The CSV backend could be caught up in an infinite 
              loop in certain cases.

* Bug #3162 - ImportExport.pl produced errors when Text::CSV was
              not installed on the system.
