[itsm-announce] Release Note OTRS::ITSM 1.2.2 (Whitehaven Beach)

We are proud to announce that the stable release of OTRS::ITSM
1.2.2 (Whitehaven Beach) has been released today.

OTRS::ITSM is the first ITIL compliant IT service management
solution on open-source basis. It is built on the solid
fundament of 55,000 OTRS productive installations in 26 
languages.

OTRS::ITSM 1.2.2 requires the installation of OTRS 2.3. All
functionalities known from OTRS continue to be available and the
functionalities representing ITIL processes can be installed as
additional packages.

Enhancements:
===============

*  Updated spanish translation, thanks to Aquiles Cohen!

Minor Bugfixes:
===============

* Bug #3220 - Adding a new definition to a new generated ConfigItem
              class did not work.

* Bug #3217 - ITSM ticket menu titles and mouse over descriptions 
              did not work.
