[itsm-announce] Release Note OTRS::ITSM 1.2.3 (Whitehaven Beach)

The stable release of OTRS::ITSM 1.2.3 (Whitehaven Beach) has 
been released today.

OTRS::ITSM is the only ITIL compliant IT service management
solution on open-source basis. It is built on the solid
fundament of 67,000 OTRS productive installations in 26 
languages.

OTRS::ITSM 1.2.3 requires the installation of OTRS 2.3. All
functionalities known from OTRS continue to be available and the
functionalities representing ITIL processes can be installed as
additional packages.

Enhancements:
===============

*  Added database scheme files to each ITSM package

Minor Bugfixes:
===============

* Bug #3415 - When using FreeFields (dropdown boxes) in the
              AgentTicketPriority action the selection of a 
              service corrupted the FreeFields-selection.

* Bug #3454 - Added missing OTRS::ITSM 1.2 database scheme
