It solve not my problem, because I have no "New" button and I have no
itsm group...
Is it ok if I create an itsm group as another ?
I try this now.

Regards

Hi,

I'm not sure I understand your problem correctly.
If you want to add a computer to the database you choose "Config Item"
in the top-menu. Then New > Computer.
If you don't see an icon for "Config Item" in your top menu, you
probably haven't configured the permissions. Go to the admin area,
chosse "users <-> groups" and make sure your user is in the itsm groups.
Does that solve your problem?

best regards Raphael
