dear list,

i'm searching for documentation for itsm 1.1.0 rc1 functions (packet: 1.0.95)
any ideas??

i'm also playing with settings for "incident state" - "working"/"error/incident"
maybe someone has ideas for:

*) automatic state switching if dependand config-items are set to "error/incident"?
==>it does not work now for me

*) function: new ticket for incident service displays depended config items...
there is soon a ticket for service-X, display depended config-items and tickets...

*) documentation examples for decision: Approved/Rejected - how is that planned?
