[itsm] OTRS ITSM - [ Service & SLA not Displayed ] [ /otrs/index.pl ] redirection

Marco,

Regarding the redirection:

It is just edit the httpd.conf and change the DocumentRoot to OTRS default
installation in my case => /opt/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/

The question regarding Service&SLA not appearing on the ticket creation I
just disable it by going to Core::Ticket .
