[itsm] Add Customer Compnay Icon to Menu Tickets in OTRS 3

Hi, nils.
I made all you suggested in a testing Virtual Machine and it worked, but when I made the same modifications in the server it happened nothing.
I tell you that thetesting VM it's a clean installation.

Any ideas to know what coutd it be happening?
