Betreff: OTRS 2.1.1 / FAQ Kategorie ( Kommentar wird nicht übernommen)
Hallo.
Unter FAQ Modul bei OTRS 2.1.1 werden die eingetragen Kommentare nicht in die DB ( MYSQL) geschrieben. Laut OTRS Systemlog ist alles ok.
Ein Bug ?
