ich möchte gerne eine cc-copy mail zu einem bestimmten email Adresse
schicken für alle Änderungen an Tickets in einem bestimmten Queue.
Das heißt, wenn ein Ticket angelegt wird, beantwortet wird, gemerged
wird, eine Notiz bekommt, etc.
Wie könnte ich das machen?
