[otrs-de] Statistik

Hallo!
 
Ich möchte die durchschnittliche Bearbeitungszeit eines Tickets (vom anlegen
bis zum abschließen) auswerten.
 
Mit der Grafischen Oberfläche scheint das nicht zu
funktionieren(zumindestens weiß ich nicht wie das gehen soll) und wie man
eigene Statistiken erstellt, habe ich auch nicht gefunden.
 
Kann mir jemand sagen, wie man eine solche Statistik anlegen muss (step by
step) oder wo es dazu eine gute Beschreibung gibt? (Verwende OTRS 2.2.3)
