[otrs-de] missing faq after upgrade

Hallo,

du musst unter

faq->kategorie (im interface)

deinen FAQ Kategorien noch Rechte (Queues) zuordnen. In der Regel muss
hier die Queue faq eingetragen werden. Ich fand das auch nicht sofort
einleuchtend und insbesondere passiert es bei Upgrade nicht automatisch.
