for the second part:

there is a known bug with importing e-mails (otrs bugzilla Bug 2650). It
should be fixed in 2.2.6 but there is a patch for
Kernel/System/EmailParser.pm in the CV

i have 2 problems with the cron-jobs:

1)
DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Table 'TRUST112.webwatcher_job' doesn't 
exist at
