Hallo,

kann mir mal jemand helfen ?

Ich erinnere mich daran, das es bei einer OTRS 2.x-Version eine Option  
gab. Wenn man die aktiviert hat, wurde angezeigt, welche Agenten  
gerade in OTRS eingeloggt sind.

Irgendwie finde ich diese Option bei 2.2.4 nicht mehr.

Ist Sie irgendwann aus dem OTRS rausgeflogen oder nur gut versteckt ? ;)
