[otrs-de] help:adding new otrs users

Hi

I have installed otrs version 2.2.4 on Fedora Core 7. My problem now
is on adding new ,However i have managed to log on using the default
username and password (root at localhost:root).

Please help sort out this problem so that i can add new users. Below
is the error message i am getting
