[otrs] receive messages in OTRS

Hello
I have several messages in /var/spool/mail/otrs ; I can't load this 
messages in the OTRS
The .procmailrc on the server:
-rwxr-xr-x    1 otrs     apache       2006 aoû  4 09:22 .procmailrc

# --
# Pipe all email into the PostMaster process.
# --
:0 :
| $SYS_HOME/bin/PostMaster.pl

Thank you for your help

PS: the cat /var/spool/mail/otrs | /opt/otrs/bin/PostMaster.pl is ok.
     but in OTRS interface I receive only one message.
