[otrs] Well, it's been fun

It was a lot of fun playing with OTRS; unfortunately, our company has chosen to
use Cerberus instead, and there isn't much I can do with it. The
handlers/operators here simply didn't care for OTRS user interface.

I'm still interested in getting OTRS to a level where some of our customers can
use it, so I might be back from time to time to see how things are going. I
would have liked to contribute to the development too.

Sh*t happens I guess :-(
