Agents can't register themself, this feature is only possible for 
customer users who login via the customer.pl module. If you are 
interested in a feature that allows the selfregistration of agents, we 
can implement the feature for you, please write to

  sales at otrs.com

to receive an offer on the needed work and time and to clarify the
