Seems possible by configure
PopMasterFilter to redirect mail where subject is ^DNS to the DNS_DHCP
queue !!
>From admin OTRS screen
Adm>divers > Postmastefilter
En-tete 1 (header 1 ?) Subject Value ^DNS
Assing En-tets 1 vallue DNS_DHCP
