[otrs] Any experience on 64bit ?

Check for binary packages (RPM) before you do the perl shell.

I see its available at this site: http://dag.wieers.com/packages/perl-GD/

Luckily GD is only needed for the stats module, so OTRS will still likely
function even if you get GD module working..
