[otrs] OTRS from deutsch to po russki?

Hi list!
I use OTRS successfully since years in german language and all work fine
since years.

Now I have to setup some additional queues in russian language and
charakter set.

Is possible to switch some queues to russian language and charakter set?

I try to setup some autoreply or send some test-emails,
but OTRS convert all letters in email into html:
...Ува...

and noone can read russian letters.

Any ideas!?
