[otrs] Nothing in crontab file

Hi all
I am using otrs for past 3 months. Everything working fine. But when I 
try to view the crontab file, using the command   crontab -l  it gives a 
message without showing its contents. The message is as follows

07:24:56 listing otrs's fcrontab

All the functions are normal. Why its happens?
