[otrs] Problem duplicated Notification for any action

Hi,
I create ticket by web interface.
Details of Queue, Users and Groups:
I have 3 queues : Queue1 asociated with Group1 - Queue2 asociated with 
Group2 - Queue3 asociated with Group3
I have 4 users: User1 (member of Group1, Group2 and Group3) asociated 
with Queue1, Queue2 y Queue3 - User2 (member of Group1 and Group2) 
asociated with Queue1 and Queue2 - User3 (member of Group1 and Group3) 
asociated with Queue1 and Queue3 -User4 (memeber of Group3) asociated 
with Queue3.
The users have a diferent mail address.
All queues have a uniq system mail address.
If  i create a ticket by web interface to Queue 1, not especified 
owener, I think.....the system send notification to all members from 
Queue1, one mail to user.....but I have 2 mails for User.
