[otrs] Where do we modify the OTRS_CONFIG_FQN ?

Ok I found.
~/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm add a line ( copied from ../Config/defaults.pm
 
    # FQDN
    # (Full qualified domain name of your system.)
    $Self->{FQDN} = my.domain.com';
