[otrs] Users and Customers mapped or not mapped

Hello all.
I've noticed that my LDAP-based users don't get mapped if they just are 
"Customers" (that is: I don't see my Customers listed while in Admin 
mode). They only get mapped (and therefore become viewable) if they log 
in as Agents.

Is there any way to map them also as Customers when they log in?
