Yes, we have done many migrations from RT to OTRS. Unfortunatly we can't 
provide scripts or any tools for a migration, because the RT 
installation differ and there is no possibility to use a general tool.

If you want to migrate, we can help you and write a module that brings 
the data from RT into the OTRS DB. Please write a message to

sales at otrs.com

if you are interested in such a module.
