[otrs] See all new and open tickets in My Queues

Hi all,

Is it possible to configure OTRS 1.3.2 to see all your tickets (open and 
new state) in the queue list (my queues) ?

We want to have all our tickets sort by queues (like were tickets stat 
is new).

Is it that clear ?
