Tried it in .htaccess in the OTRS /bin/cgi-bin/ dir and then I also 
added it to httpd.conf. Same results.

I did:

perl installer.pl > installer.htm

and when I bring up that file (http://mysite.com/otrs/installer.htm) it 
looks good. Except for the HTTP header stuff at the top.

Any other ideas???
