[otrs] Broken LDAP auth

More info.  I have upgraded to 2.0.4 and the error changes slightly  
to the follwing...

Can't locate object method "new" via package  
"Kernel::System::CustomerUser::LDAP" at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/ 
CustomerUser.pm line 80, <PRODUCT> line 4.

I'm flummoxed here.  Any clues or pointers would be appreciated.  I  
really don't wana start over from scratch.
