[otrs] Emails to remain in the inbox

Is it possible to retain all the emails that are send to inbox that the
otrs reads.

 

I want the cron to read the emails and send a copy of the email to to
otrs. At the moment it seems as if it flushes the emails from the inbox
to the otrs
