[otrs] Crystal Reports

Hi

 

I have used Excel with ODBC to get some data out of OTRS.  It is working
fine.  Crystal should work as well.  You need to install the ODBC driver 

http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/odbc/3.51.html

 

You then need to set up the ODBC link  [in xp under CONTROL PANEL |
ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS | ODBC]

Anyone using Crystal Reports with OTRS? I was thinking of taking a stab at
it via MySQL ODBC but I'd like to hear if anyone knows if it's possible to
