[otrs] 2 questions

Dear all,


I have 2 problems in otrs that i need to solve..

1. i want to generate statistical reports about the number of tickets :
(closed, opened, pending) per each agent?!

2. i want to generate statistical reports about the number of tickets per
customer group and my customer groups are on ldap?!


can please any body help?!
