[otrs] Enable Incoming Email on Windows

IMAP isn't possible. You only can fetch messages from POP3 boxes. If you 
used the windows installer for otrs, all needed cron jobs are allready 
running.

Just go to the PostMasterPOP3 section in the admin area of OTRS and 
setup your POP3 accounts where you want to fetch mails from.
