Hmm, this is strange... As I first wrote that mail, the customer was
able to set the state of a newly created ticket (not wanted). Now, it
is not possible anymore although I cannot remember to have changed
something... 

Whatever. The old config option from 1.2.3 was
   $Self->{'CustomerPanelNextComposeState'} = 0;

I couldn´t find this in Appendix B and want to update it to the new
format. Could you help me with the following options?

- CustomerPanelNextComposeState
- CustomerPanelOwnSelection
- PostMasterPOP3MaxEmailSize  (I searched for postmaster, pop3 and
email but could not find any option this could have been renamed to)
- CustomerUser
