[otrs] install otrs in server host

Personnel has a bill in the servant www.dreamhost.com  
he/she would like to put in the in my site the otrs, but I am beginner  
I am having dificultades in installing  
  
could anybody help myself??  
did anybody already install in the servant dreamhost.com?
