[otrs] Free Fields

Hello,

Does anyone know how to add more free fields to OTRS and actually see them?  We currently have software type, device type, ci affected and service type.  When we add a 5th field, we do not see it when we go to free fields in the ticket.  If anyone knows how to remedy this...it would be greatly appreciated.
