[otrs] otrs - Tie calender to tickets

Ive been looking for a way, and can't seem to find one.   Is there a way to
tie calender items to created tickets? Or too create a calender item from
the ticket?  We are trying to use this to schedule install/service calls
based off of the created tickets.

Any info would be great...
